Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: All Digital Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Thrive West LLC does not warrant that Digital Products will meet your specific mental health needs, produce particular outcomes, or be suitable for your individual circumstances. Thrive West LLC, Elizabeth Gentzkow, and any affiliated individuals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Digital Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Digital Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Digital Product giving rise to the claim. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Product for your own personal, non-commercial use only. 6.2 Prohibited Uses. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from any Digital Product. Upload, post, or otherwise make any Digital Product available on any platform, website, social media channel, or file-sharing service. 6.3 Licensing for Professional Use. Mental health professionals, coaches, consultants, trainers, or organizations wishing to use our Digital Products or frameworks for professional, educational, or commercial purposes must obtain a written licensing agreement prior to any such use. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in any of our Digital Products without authorization, please contact us at the information below. We will investigate and respond promptly in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512. 6.5 Enforcement.
