Clinical Supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates
Oregon Clinical Supervision (LPC)

Supervision for Counselors Who Want to Be an Awesomely Authentic & Effective Clinician
One thing to know about me: I’m deeply passionate about helping other professionals achieve successful career growth and development. Most importantly, I’m curious what that looks like for you. I like helping clinicians step into their own professional identities for a more authentic and comfortable approach to their work.
I strive to provide a supervision environment where you feel safe enhancing your clinical counseling competencies. Sometimes this means we will embrace new challenges, make new discoveries together, and explore solutions and development through supportive learning or practice. My supervision approach includes providing direct feedback and supportive coaching for professional development through the integration of teacher, counselor, and consultant roles. You do not need to work from the same approach or clinical orientation, because I believe in personalized therapy experiences that are of benefit to the client. As long as your interventions match the needs of the client and are appropriate for their clinical needs, I’m happy to support you. I’m evidence-based, which means I can help you tailor each client’s therapeutic experience to their personal needs and monitor outcomes/progress to help adjust your interventions or approach when needed.
Supervision with me is provided online through a secure platform to protect client case discussions.
I am qualified to supervise LPC Associates in Oregon who are actively working toward the Licensed Professional Counselor status with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. This means I’ve completed 45 hours of supervision training through an Approved Clinical Supervisor program(ACS- Center of Continuing Education/NBCC) at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. I’m working towards approved clinical supervision status and meet with my own “supervisor of supervision”, Gianna Russo-Mitma.

My supervision rate is $100 per hour. Offering reduced rates for the first three months.
