Since online counseling has increased in popularity, it’s common for people to seek out counseling services with counselors in a different location. However, it’s important to understand the laws, ethics, and requirements for working with a Counselor online.

Local laws and governing health authority boards vary by each state. In most states, it’s important that your Counselor or Therapist is licensed in the state which you are physically located and/or reside in at the time of services.

I am licensed in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington state. This means I can provide counseling services to you if you are located in Washington or Oregon.
