Enhance Your Relationship In This 6 Hour Gottman Couples Workshop

Cultivate relational skills for a better life together.

You care about each other, but something’s getting lost in translation. Even strong couples need better ways to talk.

Maybe you keep looping through the same disagreements. Or maybe things are going well, and you’d like to keep it that way, growing stronger together with more clarity, connection, and intention.

Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply want to invest in your relationship, this live virtual workshop is for you.

The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work is based on the bestselling book by Dr. John Gottman and Nan Silver. It’s grounded in over 40 years of relationship research on what actually works to keep love strong, stable, and resilient.

A Research-Based Couples Workshop With Applied Practice

This workshop is not therapy, and it’s not about putting you on the spot. There’s no group sharing or awkward disclosures. Couples are only asked to practice skills with one another.

Instead, you’ll learn practical tools to strengthen your relationship through short lectures, real-life demonstrations, videos, and guided private exercises you’ll do together as a couple.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Make conflict work for your relationship
  • Deepen intimacy and build trust
  • Identify your solvable vs. perpetual issues
  • Strengthen your foundation of friendship
  • Collaborate more effectively to solve problems
  • Communicate clearly and effectively

This virtual workshop is open to couples across the U.S.

This session is held in Pacific Standard Time.

Schedule:

Principle 1 Enhancing Love Maps

Principle 3 Turning Towards Your Partner Instead of Away
