ADHD Group for Adults
ADHD Group Therapy for Adults
Foundations for Thriving With ADHD
An 12-Week Introductory Counseling Group for Adults With ADHD. The group will begin once we reach 8-10 members. The main focus of this group is to establish foundational skills in self-compassion, task focus awareness, flexible thinking, and self-management strategies.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted by ADHD, this group is for you.
Your brain works differently. Learn ways to design a life that works with ADHD instead of against it. Through a combination of self-compassion, CBT, and ACT approaches, you will learn how to shift your thinking, tackle tasks, and manage ADHD challenges more effectively.
You will
- learn practical skills and approaches for managing ADHD
- learn a better approach for coping with feelings and emotions like anxiety, stress, and frustration
- improve self-awareness, communication, and ways to self-manage
- gain a supportive environment through shared experience and accountability within the group
