ADHD can significantly impact relationships, work/career, parenting, and every daily life. A recent survey found 25% of adults suspect they have ADHD, but haven’t been tested.
Receiving a diagnosis is a helpful step for getting the right support for living a more aligned life with a neurodivergent brain.

ADHD evaluations with me are helpful for adults wanting clarity about their symptoms and experiences for personal growth, work accommodation requests, or school accommodation requests.
I do not provide evaluations for adults looking for disability documentation for disability applications.
3 Phase Assessment Process
Most evaluations are completed in 3 sessions. Here’s what you may expect.
step 1] Initial Phone Consultation
A consultation is provided to discuss goals for seeking ADHD testing and determine if I’m a good fit for your needs.
step 2] Evaluation: 2 Sessions
- Assessment Session 1: 2 hours
- Assessment Session 2: 2 hours
Prior to your first session, you will receive a link to the client portal to complete your documentation and preliminary self-report questionnaires.
Additional sessions are typically 1-2 hours. I will give you an estimate for how many sessions you can expect in a consultation and in your first assessment session. Most assessments are completed in 2 sessions.
step 3] Review: 1 Session
Assessment Results Review Session – 55 minutes
In the last session, we will review your assessment results and I will make recommendations for moving forward. This may include:
- referrals for mental health providers
- types of accommodations to request
- resources
- exploration for what this means in your personal life
After Assessment
Detailed Report
You will receive a detailed report with your assessment results with general recommendations.
Optional Add-on: Accommodation Letter
You may request a written letter or documentation for school or work accommodations.
Fees:
Cash pay discount: $875 total for Evaluation With Accommodation Documentation.
Regular assessment billable rate: $1,100 Insurance
This often includes:
- 3 sessions: 2 Evaluation sessions, 1 review session
- Scored Measures/Testing
- Family, partner, or friend feedback with your written permission (optional)
- 1 Accommodation letter/documentation for employer or school if needed
Sometimes additional sessions are required. Additional sessions are billed at my customary counseling rates.
