In Network With PacificSource Insurance
I’m an in-network provider for PacificSource commercial insurance plans. It’s important for you to keep me updated with your insurance information to avoid insurance issues. You’re responsible for co-pays co-insurance, any services not covered by your insurance plan.
Out of Network Insurance Reimbursement
I’m an out-of-network clinician for most insurance companies. You can seek out of network reimbursement from your insurance for therapy by submitting superbills/receipts yourself.
Couples therapy and career counseling are often not covered by insurance, so out of network benefits may also not be covered. It’s important to check directly with your insurance company to see if you can seek reimursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed, but worth checking out.
I accept credit/debit, HSA cards, and may be able to work out cash or check as needed.
Calculate Your Out-of-Network Cost
Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services. Please know this calculator only provides your current coverage details and may not reflect the full picture of your coverage and reimbursement. It’s always important to contact your insurance directly to verify benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
You will always know how much therapy will cost. Prior to initiating therapy, I provide a document that outlines cost of services per scheduled service. I never balance bill.
As of January 1, 2022, health care providers and health care facilities are required by law to provide clients who are uninsured or self-pay with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy and counseling. This is to help ensure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions about your health care.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. The estimate will include related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
It is your right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
